TRAVELLING & TRANSPORTATION:

How long does it take from the building to the nearest Subway (MTR)?
We have 2 subway stations in the vicinity, and they are only 7-8 Minutes away from the Suites.

How do I get from the Airport to the Suites?
We suggest you download the map and the Chinese address here. You can take the Airport Express (Train) from the Arrival Terminal to the "Kowloon Station" and then cab it up from there. It would only take 8-10 Minutes by Cab from the Kowloon Airport Express station to the suites. If travelling in group of 3 or more persons or more, you may book the Airport transfer with us by email. See below for details.

Is Airport Transfer available? How do I book it ?
YES, we have airport transfer facility as follows: Private Mini Van for 3~5 people may be booked for HK$790 /One way and a private mini van for 7-13 people may be booked for HK$990/Oneway. If you inform us of your Flight details & Time of arrival and upon your booking for airport transfer with us, we can arrange it for you. For travelling back to the airport, let the front desk know when you would like to go back, a day ahead and the transportation will be arranged.

FACILITIES & COMMUNICATION:

Do you have Laundry service in the Building?
YES! We have industrial type washing and drying laundry facilities in the building and the tokens are available from the front desk, for as little as HK$35 per complete cycle of Wash & Dry

Do you have Broadband in the suites or a business Center?
YES! All our suites are broadband ready and flexible packages are available. We have packages for daily, 3 days, 1 week and 1 month for as little as HK$60/day and HK$380/Month, unlimited usage (24/7) The broadband can be set-up in a matter of minutes. We also have a 24 Hours business center with Broadband Internet, faxing, printing & photocopying facilities. Pls inform the front desk at time of check-in.

Do you provide utensils?
Upon request, we provide pots, pans, cutlery, crockery & glasses for all short-term tenants on daily, weekly & monthly basis. For long-term tenants, we also provide these items for a short while until they manage to buy their own.

Do I have to bring my own towel?
Don't  bother! We provide bath & face towels for short-term stay.

PRICING:

What does the price include ?
The price would include management fees, local tel calls & electricity unless otherwise specified. The 10% service charge and 3% HAT Government Tax are NOT included.

Are local calls included?
Local calls are included & IDD is charged as per use.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

How many adults can stay in a one bed room suite?
1 bed Room Suite has one double bed good for couple. If you have a small kid with you, we can provide you a baby cot.

How many adults in a 2 bed Room suite?
A 2 Bed Room suite is comfortable for 1 couple and 1 adult/child (Total Max. 3 persons)

How about the 3 bed Room suite?
A 3 bed room suite has 1 Double bed & 2 single beds. 1 couple and 2 adults/children would be comfortable. Max 4 persons.

Payment Methods
We accept HKD Cheques, Cash, Telegraphic transfers & the following major Credit cards:   

All payments are to be made out in favor of "Muldat Properties Ltd" in Hong Kong Dollars & Payable in Hong Kong.

Can I change my date of arrival/Check-in after making a guaranteed reservation?
YES! You may change your check-in date, provided that:
We are informed & we confirm to the same in writing at least One (1) week before arrival.
We are given a confirmed next check-in date & suites are available on the next check-in date
