Finished in granite and marble and furnished to provide a comfortable and impressive foyer. Staff are available at the Security Counterand the Management Desk to attend to residents' requirements and control visitor access. Entrance intercom to every apartment.

Two high speed passenger lifts each with a capacity of 10 persons serve each floor.

Carefully planned installations maximise comfort, convenience and safety.
- Air Conditioning
Air Conditioning provides maximum year round comfort, convenience and safety.

Hot water is supplied to each bathroom and kitchen.

Lighting and wiring systems are totally concealed and supply an ample number of 13 amp socket outlets throughout each apartment.
- Telephone/Fax
Telephones are provided in the living rooms and telephone/fax points are also provided in the master bedrooms. International Direct Dialling (IDD) facilities are available through the Hong Kong Telephone Company.
- Fire Protection
Building safety is ensured through fast-response automatic fire alarms and sprinkler systems in the common areas. Each floor is equipped with a fire hose reel and wet hydrant system.

Cable & Satellite TV is provided in all suites.

Olympic Terrace has it's own Gym located on the 1/Fl and is open 24 Hours.

Weekly maid service includes:

- cleaning of kitchen and bathroom;
- change of bedding linen;
- House Rules
A set of house rules will be updated from time to time.
- Pets Policy
Small pets are allowed, on a case by case basis, as long as there is not too
much noise and no nuisance is caused to the neighbors. Any damage by the
pets to the furniture or fixtures of the premises will be the responsibility
of the Guest.
